Daf Academy ("we," "us," "our") is an online education provider offering structured skill-development programs in data analytics. Our programs are delivered via live online sessions, recordings, and direct mentorship. These Terms govern your access to and use of all programs, materials, and communications provided by Daf Academy.

Enrolment is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. By enrolling, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• The information you provide during enrolment is accurate and complete;
• You have the technical means required to participate (a device with internet access);
• You understand the program is conducted primarily in English.

Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Submission of the enrolment form without payment does not constitute a confirmed seat. Daf Academy reserves the right to refuse enrolment to any individual at its sole discretion.

Daf Academy will make reasonable efforts to deliver the program as described on the program page. However, the following terms apply regarding program delivery:

• Session timings may be adjusted with reasonable advance notice to enrolled students;
• Substitute instructors may deliver individual sessions if the primary mentor is unavailable;
• Recorded sessions will be made available for enrolled students but Daf Academy does not guarantee indefinite access beyond the program duration;
• Curriculum content may be updated, expanded, or reorganised to maintain relevance and quality. The core skills and tools remain as stated.

The program fee is as stated on the enrolment page at the time of your enrolment. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Online payment processing fees (if any) charged by the payment gateway are borne by the student and are not collected by Daf Academy.

Refund Policy: Due to the live, small-batch nature of this program and the costs involved in reserving a seat:

• No refund will be issued once a seat has been confirmed and payment has been received;
• If Daf Academy cancels a batch before commencement, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days;
• If a student is unable to attend due to personal reasons after the batch has commenced, no refund will be provided. Session recordings will remain accessible;
• In exceptional circumstances (medical emergency with supporting documentation), we may offer a deferred seat in the next available batch at our discretion — this is not guaranteed.

Daf Academy provides education and skill-development. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, specific salary outcomes, or career transitions. Any salary ranges mentioned in program materials are indicative market data only and are not promises or guarantees of what any individual student will earn.

Outcomes depend entirely on individual effort, consistency, quality of projects built, communication skills, interview performance, market conditions, and factors outside Daf Academy's control. By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

• No employment guarantee is made, implied, or promised;
• Salary ranges displayed are general market indicators, not personal income promises;
• Career outcomes are the student's responsibility post-program;
• Daf Academy's obligation is to deliver quality instruction — not to secure employment on your behalf.

All program content — including but not limited to session recordings, curriculum materials, datasets, slides, code examples, and exercises — is the intellectual property of Daf Academy and is protected under applicable copyright law.

• You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use materials for your own learning;
• You may not share, sell, redistribute, republish, or make available any program material to third parties without written consent from Daf Academy;
• Recording of live sessions by students is strictly prohibited;
• Sharing of login credentials or session links with non-enrolled individuals is not permitted and may result in termination of enrolment without refund.

By enrolling, you agree to maintain respectful conduct during all live sessions and in the WhatsApp group. Daf Academy reserves the right to remove any student from the program without refund if they:

• Engage in harassment, abuse, or disrespectful behaviour toward instructors or fellow students;
• Share or distribute program materials without authorisation;
• Provide false information during enrolment;
• Violate any of these Terms in any material way.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daf Academy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the program;
• Technical issues, internet outages, or platform disruptions beyond our control;
• Failure to secure employment after completing the program;
• Any decisions made by you based on program content.

Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the total fee you paid for the program.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your enrolment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We encourage you to reach out to us at support@dafacademy.in before initiating any formal dispute process. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Daf Academy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email or the WhatsApp group with reasonable notice. Continued participation in the program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
