DAF Academy Refund & Payment Policy
This Refund & Payment Policy outlines the terms governing enrollment, payments, cancellations, and refunds for all courses offered by DAF Academy. By enrolling in any program, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Registration & Payment Terms
- Non-Refundable Registration Fee: A registration fee must be paid to confirm your seat. This fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Course Fee Structure:
- Students may opt for full payment or split payment (if applicable).
- Initial payment must be made before course access is granted.
- Remaining balance must be cleared within the agreed timeline (typically within 30 days).
- Failure to Complete Payment: DAF Academy reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to course materials and sessions if payment is not completed on time.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Before Course Start)
- Cancellation 48 Hours Before Start: Eligible for refund of the paid course fee, excluding the non-refundable registration fee.
- Cancellation Within 48 Hours: No refund will be issued if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the course start time.
3. Course Start Conditions
- Minimum Enrollment Requirement: Each batch requires a minimum number of students to begin.
- If the minimum enrollment is not met within 14 days of the scheduled start date:
- Students will receive a 100% refund including registration fee, OR
- Students may choose to shift to the next available batch.
- Delay in Course Start: If the course is delayed beyond 2 weeks, students can request a full refund or continue with the updated schedule.
4. Refund Policy After Course Commencement
- No Refund Policy: Once the course has started, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- This includes:
- Lack of time or interest
- Change of personal plans
- Dissatisfaction without valid reason
- Re-Enrollment Option:
- Students who discontinue can rejoin a future batch.
- A reactivation fee or up to 50% of the remaining course fee may apply.
5. Course Access & Digital Products
- Once course materials, recordings, or digital content are accessed, they are considered consumed.
- No refunds will be issued for digital content already accessed.
6. Student Conduct & Discipline
- Students must maintain professional and respectful behavior during sessions and in communities.
- DAF Academy reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access
- Remove students without refund
7. Mentor & Schedule Flexibility
- We strive to provide the best learning experience.
- Students may request:
- Batch rescheduling (subject to availability)
- Mentor change (evaluated case-by-case)
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- All personal data is securely stored and used only for academic and communication purposes.
- We do not sell or share student data with third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
- DAF Academy does not guarantee job placement, income, or specific career outcomes.
- Success depends on individual effort, consistency, and implementation.
10. Policy Updates
- DAF Academy reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

By enrolling in any course at DAF Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Payment Policy.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
